Website and referral complaints

We will consider complaints about website information, enquiry handling or the referral process. Include the date, service requested and enough information to identify the enquiry.

Complaints about tree work

If an independent provider performed work for you, the service agreement is with that provider. Raise workmanship, scheduling, payment, property-damage or credential issues directly with the provider first. If the provider came through this website, you may also tell us what happened so the referral can be reviewed.

What this policy does not do

This policy does not create a warranty, guarantee or employment relationship between Tree Service Irvine and an independent service provider.
